CONSTRUCTION

We specialize in providing AWI certified cabinetry and millwork. Our construction method starts with selecting high quality material with the right core, to provide strength and longevity.

Our frameless cabinets are then built with a full 3/4" back and 3/4" sides thus removing the typical repair work needed when using 1/4" - 1/2" boxes.

Next, we use a dowel construction method to eliminate visible screws which also maintains the integrity of the wood and a seamless finish.

Following that we use top-of-the-line doors and drawers which are durable, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

We finish with a broad selection of high-quality hardware that can handle everyday use.

1. BACK PANEL - A 3/4" back panel is resistant to cracking and provides more durability than the typical 1/2" material.

2. DRAWERS - The 4-sided drawer design includes 3/4" thick side members, hardwood dowel joinery, and full 1/4" thick, non-racking,                  non-deflection platform bottom that is dadoed into place.

3. SLIDES - 150-pound, static-load, soft-close, self-closing steel drawer slides are epoxy-coated and side-mounted for added durability.

4. SHELF SUPPORTS - Adjustable anti-tilt shelf clips are seismic-rated and lock in place to provide a dispersed shelf load. No tipping!

5. EDGEBANDING - All styles come with 1mm PVC edge banding and are re-attached with hot melt, chemically bonding adhesive.

6. MELAMINE INTERIOR - Thermally fused melamine, that is abrasion resistant, clean, and easily maintained.

7. BASE - We provide separated toe kicks for easier installation for Tall and Base cabinets.

8. FRONTS - Doors and Drawers are always grain matched to get that seamless appearance.
